Patent Firm I’ll was founded by patent attorneys, Okada, Kenji and Imashita,
Katsuhiro in January, 2003.
The importance of industrial property rights is recognized once again to
alter Japanese industrial structure in the future. One of the examples
is the coordination of intellectual property strategy at Strategic Council
on Intellectual Property which is an advisory committee under the direct
control of Prime Minister. The goal is to make Japan an intellectual property-based
nation. The strategic measure is required to operate industrial property
rights and one of the industrial right, patents become more and more important
in the world.
Engineers need to assume exercise of right for patent application from
research and development stage while special technological knowledge is
required to exercise the right.
We devote ourselves to meet these demands and have tried to make specifications
aiming for technical proposal and endeavors of acquisition of right. Our
patent attorneys who have the experience of R&D fields participate
from R&D stage in electronics, electric, chemical, material and mechanical
